The registration fees are indicated below. An Early-Bird 10% discount applies until 30 April. PhD-students receive an additional 15% discount. BSc or MSc students interested in attending the conference are requested to contact the organisation.

Hotel Service Delft offers an accommodation booking tool for hotels in Delft. It is provided by the Delft Convention Bureau in direct partnerships with Delft hotels, and offers a 10% discount on the BAR (Best Available Rate on the booking day).

Hotel bookings are made at your own expenses. You are free to choose any hotel and booking tool, entirely according to your own preferences.
